Oat-Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 30 g oats
- 3 tbsp coffee
- 90 mL soy milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 150 g coconut yoghurt *
- cocoa powder
Directions
- Mix the oats, coffee, soy milk and cinnamon in a glass.
- Add the yoghurt and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
- Leave the oat-tiramisu in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning.
Notes
- *Any other plant-based yoghurt works as well. Use Greek yoghurt for a vegetarian option.
