Ingredients

  • 30 g oats
  • 3 tbsp coffee
  • 90 mL soy milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 150 g coconut yoghurt *
  • cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Mix the oats, coffee, soy milk and cinnamon in a glass.
  2. Add the yoghurt and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  3. Leave the oat-tiramisu in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning.

Notes

  • *Any other plant-based yoghurt works as well. Use Greek yoghurt for a vegetarian option.
