Overnight Oats
My favourite daily breakfast! Nutritious, filling and very yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1/2 cup oats (50-60 g)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 cup soy milk (200 ml)
- 1/2 cup frozen berry mix*
Directions
- Crush the banana with a fork in a container that can be sealed.
- Add the oats, seeds and soymilk and mix well with the fork.
- Add the berries, close the container and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning quickly stir the porridge and enjoy cold or warm after heating it in the microwave.
Notes
- *Instead of frozen berries, you can also add fresh fruits the next morning.
- Take your breakfast to work by preparing it in a sealed box!
