Overnight Oats

My favourite daily breakfast! Nutritious, filling and very yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup oats (50-60 g)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 cup soy milk (200 ml)
  • 1/2 cup frozen berry mix*

Directions

  1. Crush the banana with a fork in a container that can be sealed.
  2. Add the oats, seeds and soymilk and mix well with the fork.
  3. Add the berries, close the container and leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next morning quickly stir the porridge and enjoy cold or warm after heating it in the microwave.

Notes

  • *Instead of frozen berries, you can also add fresh fruits the next morning.
  • Take your breakfast to work by preparing it in a sealed box!
